Weekly Recap: Beast, Orphan: First Kill, Emily the Criminal, Fall & More!

The Summer movie season is coming to a close, but there are still some films worth mentioning, let alone plenty of reviews I've put together. Beast arrives in theaters this week and delivers the lion punches from Idris Elba I hoped for. Also out - the Orphan prequel I didn't know I wanted, along with a few other streaming comedies and action flicks. I also have reviews for thrillers Fall,  Emily the Criminal , and some other new releases. Weekly Recap: Bullet Train, Prey, Super-Pets, Vengeance &More!

  While there's one big release this week, this first week of August is packed with smaller releases as well, and I have plenty of reviews. Bullet Train  finally opens, and this Brad Pitt action-comedy is fun enough. A new Predator film, Prey   hits Hulu this week, and it's also very solid. On the smaller side, Bodies Bodies Bodies  is a clever horror comedy opening in limited release, while Resurrection is a very good psychological thriller hitting VOD. I also have some coverage of DC: League of Super-Pets   and Vengeance   from last week as well.
