Aaron and Abe are joined by Matt Neglia of Next Best Picture to discuss the recent changes in the rules as detailed by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, in preparation for the 93rd Oscars. The group goes over the combination of the sound categories, new details regarding original scores and international features, and, most importantly, the loosening of restrictions regarding the release of films on streaming services and platforms. Along with this, there are also thoughts on how this will impact film and the Academy in an uncertain future. So now, if you've got an hour or so to kill...
