Weekly Recap: The Foreigner, Marshall, Happy Death Day & More!

Following the major release (and underperformance) of Blade Runner 2049, the rest of October feels a bit more scattered. Still, The Foreigner and Happy Death Day should satisfy audiences who know what they are looking for. Also out is Marshall, which does plenty thanks to some solid performances. I also have some reviews from the San Diego Film Festival, which includes one of the best films of the year. Be sure to check out my reviews for some of the new home releases as well, including the great Baby Driver and Frank Capra's Lost Horizon. Lastly, lots of great podcast material to listen to once again. Enjoy!

In Theaters Now:

(Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan shine)

(Thurgood Marshall gets a neat legal drama)

(Slick horror, but nothing special)

(One of the best films of the year)
