Weekly Recap: War For The Planet Of The Apes, The Big Sick & More!

War for the Planet of the Apes is one of the big ones for this summer, as two really good films have paved the way for this third chapter in the popular franchise. Fortunately, director Matt Reeves and Andy Serkis deliver the goods. Also great, The Big Sick, which opens wide this week. A strong romantic comedy worth checking out, as it's one of the year's best films. Lots of new home releases too, which I have reviews for, along with a really fun podcast episode for Spider-Man: Homecoming. And of course, a new review for this week's Preacher. Enjoy!

In Theaters Now:

(Smart and exciting. Caps off a strong reboot trilogy)

(Seek this great comedy-drama out and see it - now playing everywhere)
