Weekly Recap: The Founder, Split, xXx: Return of Xander Cage & More!

This week sees the release of M. Night Shyamalan's Split and there is a literal split in terms of potential profits, as it is up against Vin Diesel's xXx: Return of Xander Cage. Also opening wide is The Founder, which finds Michael Keaton as Ray Kroc, the "founder" of McDonald's. Also worth noting is the limited release of The Red Turtle and wide expansion of 20th Century Women. I've not reviewed them, but both are quite good. A bunch of new home release are out this week as well, along with some new trailers and other news. Lastly, be sure to check out our Silence podcast, as we cover some great ground on it and more. Enjoy!

In Theaters Now:

(Michael Keaton is terrific and the script is great, but the direction...)

(James McAvoy is terrific, but the rest...)

(Vin Diesel delivers some silly fun)
