Out Now Commentary: Spawn (1997)

This month’s Out Now with Aaron and Abe commentary track takes a walk on the Image side. Aaron is joined by Brandon Peters and Scott Mendelson to talk Spawn, a comic book movie known for a number of things, including the wacky performance by a makeup-covered John Leguizamo, a terrible Martin Sheen performance, wildly bad CGI overload and being the first comic book movie to feature a black lead (Blankman wasn’t a comic). The guys go into all of that in more in this fact-filled and fun discussion of what went wrong here and other stories that go around it.

Important Note:  This commentary may feature both juvenile uses of language and jokes that may be considered un-PC.  We of course are just trying to have a fun time…

So now, if you’ve got an hour to kill…
